okay okay so I just found the Best recipe for MY 2 FAVORITE deserts in the world combined!!! Vegan whipped cream and mint chocolate chip!!! Honestly I am so excited I cannot wait to make it!!! Okay so here is the delicious 😋 recipe to the most amazing whipped cream in the worldmint chocolate whipped cream by chocolate covered katie.
thank you Katie for officially making my pregnancy an even more awesome one than it already was... I love love love oreos and when I used to have real ice cream, I basically was always at Carvel getting fat off of mint chocolate chip and crunchies lol so when I make mine I will sub the chocolate chips fir Oreo crunchies. Basically raking the cream filling out putting it in a magic bullet or blender and blend that baby up.... Yes total amazing pregnancy cravings are happening at the moment. Haha 😆
But I promise to not over indulge and save some for Mr. Montero. (he doesn't like mint chocolate but at least I have him in thought)

Projects on my list of things to do
Hello all! hope today has brought you happiness and joy
So the New Year has brought me to try New Things!!
This year I am going to start making ties and bow ties for my Men collection. Mr. Montero has been bugging me to start men clothing already and I figured I start with something super duper simple, and plus every man needs a tie!!!
So the tie pattern I have is from pukingpastilles a blog that I found trying to learn how to make ties!!!
The bow tie pattern is from Makery. I am very excited to start my projects but before I start I will need lots of prayer! so all of my friends out there please pray for me! There is nothing like strong prayer to get you started in a new life event.
If you are starting out with a new life event, tell me about it! id love to know!

My Story
Hello everyone!!
Thank you for coming out to checkout my blog.
My name is Heidi
I am a Designer/Seamstress, a Vegan Baker, a follower of Christ, and a soon to be MOM !!!
This first blog will be the longest of any other blog I post because Its my story of how I got to be who I am today! hope you all enjoy-- God Bless
2011---
So in 2011 I turned to the Bible and it changed my world forever. I read a book called "The National Sunday Law" and it turned my whole world inside out. I did not know what I used to believe anymore, I did not care all I knew was I read this book and the book turned me to want to open the bible. I had so many questions that I wanted answered and NOONE could answer them for me!!! So when I read it, at first I had no idea what to do and where to start so I called a friend who gave me the book in the first place told him my testimony of the book and he laughed, said praise God and he told me what to do and how to do it. As I got comfortable with the bible I started to realize my questions where being answered and new things where coming up that I had never known about and something's came up that truly made me feel comfortable and happy I was reading the bible and unknowingly I had this faith that I never had before!
God answered my prayers full of questions in his Bible. How can I loose this weight? I hate the way I feel about myself Lord, why do I feel this way? Why must I tell my sins to a priest? What happens to me when I die? ALL of these questions were answered to me by the word of God and the help of my friend.
So the topic of Dress and Modesty and Health came about and honestly I wore sweat pants and a fitted t-shirt all of the time because I was way over weight. I was truly unhappy of my appearance so much I didn't even like my hair! ( talk about a low self-esteem)
So my friend brought me to his friends house where they ate amazing tasting food and guess what it was dairy, egg, meat, free !!!! this changed my life forever! I found out the truth about pork and beef and chicken and fish and I just didn't want to eat it anymore. well that lasted for about a few weeks lol because I decided I wasn't going to talk to my friend anymore. (DRAMA) I felt weird going to his vegan friends house even though his friends wife and I became best friends in the time that I spent with them lol.
(November 2011)
so 2 months past and I was depress I was back to eating chicken and fish and cheese ( no more pork and beef !!) and drinking a whole lot, partying every chance I got. ( went from 210 lbs to 180lbs)
During this partying my best friend introduced me to her friend from work that she called BESTIE..... bestie was cute and my best friend told me I would find him attractive, boy was she right! Him and I talked and spent a lot of time together. He was totally different from the other men that I have encountered with in the past. --- best new years ever present ever, I actually had someone to kiss---
Feb. 2012
So valentines day was on its way and I Hate valentines day... so Bestie was trying to hang out with me or make plans to hang out with me and I totally did not want any romantic thing because I hate valentines day and what it stands for... sooo I stopped talking to bestie soon after the superbowl happened.

my best friend barely hung out with her bestie anymore because her and I were always together <3 but one day they hung out and it wasn't weird between him and I which was cool....
him and I started officially dating July 2012

April 2013
a lot has happened Bestie moved into my place, him and I worked together and I was starting school and the party life was still in our pockets every day!!! but the money we were making and settling down with each other was definitely in our plans so now I decided I wanted to go back to reading the bible. And I went to my vegan friends who told me about the health part of the bible.... and I said to them "where do you guys go to church? can I go to church with you guys.." they both replied in excitement "YES! and we home church!" so that Saturday morning I was a bit late, but I showed up.... and I was high, and I cried because it was meant for me to hear the sermon that was said.
That day in April changed my life I came home to my boyfriend and as we were about to smoke I told him some news that I needed to say to him because it was the Christian thing to do. I thought he was going to leave me but because I told him " In order for me to be with God fully, I must tell you what I have done." well folks he didn't leave and that was my last day smoking with him he came to church with me that Saturday and boy was that sermon for him he went there high and sobered up real quick.
we dropped the party life and turned to Christ. it made us stronger as individuals and stronger as a couple.

we became full vegans and dress reform was truly something I wanted to run with

Got my first sewing machine
by this time of my life I went from (180 lbs to 155 lbs)
we are still married and we have a baby on the way. We study the bible and some of our friends ( the best friend who hooked us up) turned to the bible.
I have been sewing ever since and I make mostly skirts!
recently I have made 2 dresses, 8 skirts and crochet 6 hats 3 headbands 3 scarves and I made a purse!
my new project is to make Ties for men. Since I go to church I know A LOT of men who wear ties and everyone
I am currently taking orders for my hats and headbands and soon hopefully I will have orders for my ties too! pictures will be posted

Headbands 1 for 15$ or 2 for 25$
Scarfs 1 for 25$ 2 for 40$

I am not a professional at making cakes but I love LOVE baking it makes me happy I made my friend a vegan cake for her wedding and she LOVED IT!
I made vegan cupcakes for a friends birthday and it turned out amazing
I made vegan brownies for my sister and she said they were great and she wants more lol
I have an upcoming birthday cake that I will be making which will be posted!
because of the decorations on the cake it turned out to be a total of 40$ for the cake decorations and ingredients.
